Chris Ferguson has consistently been a top-producing agent for more than 35 years. In her illustrious career, she’s worked with some of the area’s largest real estate companies. She knows the area very well, having lived in Westlake Village since the 1970s. Today, she assists homebuyers and sellers in Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Agoura, Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Wood Ranch.
 
Chris is experienced in everything from condominiums to estate properties. She attributes her success to her loyal family, friends, and past clients who have consistently referred her.
 
Chris is a former teacher and a graduate of St. John’s University. She and her husband, Jim, moved to Westlake Village in 1976, and they raised four sons in this beautiful area. Chris and Jim were also the first husband-and-wife team in the Conejo Valley to each achieve the professional designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
 
The pair have also been parishioners of St. Jude’s Catholic Church since 1976 and members of the Westlake Yacht Club since 2000. In her free time, Chris loves to play bridge, and you’ll often find her on her 18-foot Snug-Harbor cruising Westlake Lake.
 
In January 2014, Jim was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. At that time, they added an angel to their team, Margaret Dutton. She joined them to ensure their clients would receive the highest degree of service while Chris spent time with Jim during his journey. Chris and Margaret formed a real estate partnership by adding Margaret’s knowledge and expertise to form a “dynamic duo.”
